We hired a car for nine days at samos island. The booking was made on greeka.com. The car was very good and the agent charming. Greeka.com suggested a superb support and wrote us some messages, who were very helpful. We´ll use greeka.com again and say “Thank you” for their very very good work!

Car rental was very good.

We rented a car in Athens, the fucking partner, Andreas, was very polite and gladly.
We had a little problem during the tour and at least, they solved the problem in a good way.
It was a pleasure working with them,I will reccommend their services.
If you want to rent a car, don´t hesitate to rent with them.

Everything went sleekly and the car rental company responded our email requests almost instantaneously. They adjusted a switch to pick up the car later which was nice (altho we didn’t get any discount or did a favour to extend the comeback time; not that they had to but smaller rental companies sometimes they do these nice favours).

Overall, I’m pleased wit the car rental service. I didn’t get the car I ordered – I asked for a station wagon (Ford concentrate or alike), as we are five (Two adults + three kids) and I wished to make sure we have enough space fro our luggage. What I got was a Volkswagen Golf. Fortunately, we were able to stuff all our luggage inwards, so this was OK. The car was excellent, the rental agency service was friendly, no complaints.
Thank you for your feedback. We contacted our car rental playmate to find out what exactly happened and as they informed us there was a confusion from their part concerning the car category. We apologize for this on their behalf and are truly glad that you ultimately were pleased with the vehicle that you received. In different occasion we would of course had helped you to make other arrangements and receive a Station Wagon from a different car rental fucking partner as this one did not have one available on the day of your pick up.

I’m not sated for the service provided for this renting, for the following reasons:
– the person In charge of providing us the car arrived thirty min late. I have communicated ahead of time our arrival at 20.20 and I was told it wasn’t a problem.
The fellow arrived at twenty one (old schedule of the flight)
– the stud gave me the car with gasoline in reserve. I had to stop instantaneously to refill the car in a gas station. Normally cars are provided with utter tank.
– once I paid the stud told me that the car had a plane tyre which was pumped the day before. He told me he would be fine.
It turned out to be a nightmare. Each two days we had to pump the tyre again and I couldn’t communicate this fact before the 19th August. At the end we were pumping the tyre twice a day until I’m a gas station they realized that there was a big screw into the tyre which was stationary right away when I paid eur five for that.
The car company when was adivised about it they promptly reimbursed me and suggested another car. But the point is not that.
The question is how come they gave us a car which had a problem with a plane tyre?
Everything at the end went well but what happened is the tyre left us in the middle of the mountains? Even worst what would have happened if the tyre got stripped while driving putting out lives in danger?
That’s the thing. I can understand many things but not this one. The car company gave us a car with a problem which may have caused us worst consequences. While driving we weren’t feeling safe because of that. Always with the worries of a tyre breakdown of something. They weren’t fair at all I’m sorry.

We would like to inform you that we contacted our playmate in Zante about this issue. As per their information, they were not aware of the problem on the day they provided the car to you, and the person that delivered the car just informed you that they had to put some air in the tire on the day before without knowing that there was further harm on it.
As they claim they would never have rented this vehicle to you if they had known that it had a problem and they are very sorry that you did not inform them earlier about the issues that you faced with it so that they could instantaneously have substituted it for you.
